A new report on study habits offers suggestions for improving retention - and some of these suggestions look very different from conventional thinking.
Highlights that the study says improves retention:
- Alternating the room where a person studies
- Studying a few distinct topics in a single sitting, rather than focusing on just one
- Reviewing material multiple times on different days
